Book the quick pass. We had general admission and the ride wait time was extensive (210 mins for the main rollercoaster). In 5 hours, we did 3 rides.

However, ride wait times, queue lengths, and overall crowd management are solely handled by the attraction and are beyond our control. Please note that general admission tickets are subject to standard queue times, which may be considerably longer during peak periods. Guests who wish to minimize waiting time are advised to purchase a Quick Pass, which is available directly at the attraction counter, subject to availability. Website for pre booking fast pass and simulator didn't work. Ticket process wasnt a great experience either with no information of what to do it where to go b when you got there.

The FAST LANE upgrade and simulator access can only be arranged directly at the park’s counter, and unfortunately, cannot be pre-booked through us. Additionally, ride availability is managed solely by the theme park. They conduct regular maintenance, which may result in some attractions being temporarily unavailable. These updates are published on the official Ferrari World website, and are beyond our control. We hope you understand that these factors—unavailable ticket upgrades or rides—do not reflect the quality of our service, as we have no influence over them. Many of the acctractions were not available as the world fastest coaster and the Kart Academy. This trip is only for blind followers from the brand Ferrari useful. For all others, waste of time and money

Ferrari world regularly do maintenance checks with all their rides, that is why we advise guests to always check the Ferrari World website for new updates to avoid disappointments. I booked a Day Trip that without my knowledge (until it was too late), got combined with an all day / early evening multi-faceted trip. Luckily, I had no other plans for the day, but taking my time without my permission was unappreciated. I think that my tour was cancelled without prior notification to prevent my cancellation & then combined with a vaguely similar tour to preserve the ticket revenue. This action seemed verified by how I had to prod the tour operator to give me the paid entrance tickets to Ferrari World which he seemed totally unprepared to do. In initially booking, I read similar problems with park ticket distribution & made a point of contacting the tour operator to make sure tickets would be available, they assured me they’d be issued by the tour operator. The point to which I had to demand them (like not leaving the vehicle w/o them) was both unprofessional, somewhat embarrassing & should not have occurred. I will think long & hard about using Viator out of the U.S. ever again.

Description of tour needs to be updated as once we had finished at Ferrari world there was still going to be another 5 hours before we were dropped back to our hotel. There was a shopping stop, a photo stop and then a stop at the mosque. The guide also didn’t tell us what was happening once he’d picked everyone up.

It is very expensive and it poor entertainment. You even have to pay extra on some rides. And not all rides go all day. Its bad bad bad park

All available rides are mentioned in your Ferrari tickets. Likewise, those rides that need additional charges are also informed. We are talking about ferrari here, just the name implies "expensive" . Well organised trip with good communication. Driver was excellent and ensured that we had everything we needed, including comfort stops on the journey. Would use again if we visit UAE. Saifco we’re a good choice for us.
Ferrari formula 1 cars were also there but only for photo shoots but nobody was allowed to touch or sit in the car. I wish we were allowed for a test drive . Some other models of Ferrari of different classes were also there for advertisement purposes.The rides were great. A nice place for a day to spend and enjoy.
Our group particularly booked this trip with a visit to Ferrari World. Visiting the other places was just a side tour. After visiting the Grand Mosque, we requested to be dropped off at the Ferrari. It was a great experience! Thanks to our the flexibility of our guide who accommodated our request. 10/10
We had a marvelous day. Our tour was well organized and communications through email and whatsapp are helpful. Driver picked us up in the morning as advised. Traveled almost 2 hours to the Ferrari World theme park. We had an easy access and was informed by our driver to meet us all later in designated place with specific timing. We went ahead and enjoyed the rides. It's full of fun and L recommend this with families who have kids. They sure will love it. Thanks Saifco Travel for a well organized trip.
