Dubai city tour was amazing. We visited jumeirah mosque and passed from sheikh zayed road . Also old Dubai where the houses are still in old style and good place to have some photos. Good for families and group of friends alike

I feel like the tour was rushed. Could'nt connect with the Guide. Did not see the Gold and Spice Souk we were promised (really looked forward to it). Once bitten, twice shy. I would recommend other tours for Dubai City Tour. I did not get the small group feel.

The tour guide and the driver are a good tandem. Very professional and punctual. With full of knowledge regarding the city. Four hours trip around the iconic places good enough. It's a great way to know the city. Thanks Saifco. Thanks Zahir for a nice guiding.

First of all the route specified in the voucher was not fulfilled, the voucher included walk through the Souks that we did not see from a distance. At one of the stops where the guide told us to be back in 20 minutes, we started leaving three people down and that was several steps from the bus, but the guide would not stop and wait for them. To finish instead of leaving us back at the hotel we had specified, we were taken off the bus and given 25 dirhams to catch a taxi back. Fatal. a real scam

<p>This is the most terrible city tour i have ever been too. We booked this tour paying the price thinking that this will be carried out in a small group of max 8 people but we were terribly wrong. Although the tour package says small group, we were transferred to a big bus and there is at least 15 people on the bus. I did not know which part went wrong. The driver cum tour guide was late in picking us up from the hotel even though he called us to confirm the timing the same morning. Forget about greeting us, he did not explain where we were going after he was done picking the rest of the people for the same tour there were 6 of us in the car. He drives recklessly and transfer us to a big bus without any explanation. He is the most boring and non passionate tour guide that I have ever met. He introduced the city and landscapes without turning his head or pointing to the architecture. Also, we did not know that there is a monorail experience in the tour and that we have to pay extra for that. We did not go for the experience but end up having to wait on the bus for the others. That is a total waste of time. Also, no water is provided at all and we totally feel that the tour guide has no interest in taking us around. We cant wait for the tour to be over and done with. At the end of the tour, we asked if they can drop us off the mall of emirates which is 10 min walk from our hotel and he agreed. What we did not expect is he dropped us along the road next to the exit of a highway and we are expected to climb over the road barrier to walk to the mall. He quotes the reason saying the bus is too big and hence cannot drop us nearer the mall. What he can do at the bare minimum is to drop us at a proper and safe place. This is the most terrible experience for both of us and we will never recommend this tour to our friends all all. Please work with this local operator to ensure that a better service quality is provided and they represent Dubai and will affect how tourists view the city.</p>
