Interesting experience with remarkable night views. Very nice and well maintained boat. Food, normal, nothing special. Buffet system by call, a bit "weird". Show, remarkable. Staff treatment, regular.

We had a horrible time, we did not get to ride the wooden cruise ship, we were put in a glass box that felt liking we were riding on a barge down the river.
This was a nice Dinner cruise we arranged for our party of 19 international distributors. We all had a great time. Dinner was great along with entertainment .
The show itself was amazing but the driver that was sent to pick us up was late. He also had another person pick us up after the show without informing us who was also late. Poor communication skills. Take a sweater or jacket along cos it gets cold on the boat.
I will give them zero! The cruise didn't leave till about 9:15 pm, they packed the entire upper deck with people that the line to the buffet table was absolutely long, it was difficult to move around. Not even a serving spoon to scoop the dishes so, you end up using the same dinner spoon for your curry and vegetable salad. It was chaos from the beginning till the end of the cruise. Don't waste your money on this one!

The driver was good, attentive, and timely. The cruise was okay, it started late and the food options were not good, but the music was good and sites were pretty.

It was ok. Food could have been better..my parents did not like it. Even my son did not like it. We had to postpone our other outing, since it said 7 to 9.. We had to cut it short to be ready by 7. Th
Hi, Thank you for your feedback. Did you post to a wrong product? I am sure it was never mentioned about 7-9 in any information section. 7:00 pm is the start of pick up and since it is on a sharing basis the pick up to different hotels are from 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm It is clearly mentioned that cruising time is between 8:30 pm to 10:30 pm. The food is continental and arabic menu. If you are looking for a 5 star I suggest go to a 5 star hotel. Thanks a lot for your feedback!
Our hotel was next to the Dubai Creek and walking distance from this tour, which we realized once we were picked up. The driver drove around in circles as if he wasn't sure where to go. We were told to stay on after others were finally dropped off. He rode us around in circles again and then finally dropped us off to the dhow. The photos were horrible but we still bought them, the food wasn't good, the entertainment was ok but not that interesting. We assumed the driver would be at the boat waiting to return us to our hotel but he wasn't. We asked the worker on the dhow where the pick up would be and he said just wait out there. I texted the company and they had to check. Right when we decided to walk we saw the van up ahead and was able to take the ride back to our hotel. This is one tour you can skip. Don't do it, nope, not recommended. Find something else to do, a waste of time and money.
Hi Shanell, Thank you for your feedback. First of all the "drive around" is not something we can control of. It is true that your hotel is just a walking distance to the boat, perhaps we should have just asked you to walk directly becaus ethere is no direct road from your hotel to the boat. It has to follow the right way and that is to go to such lenght around the city and come back. I'm not sure if from your country, you can just drove around without the proper road lanes but here, it's not the case. And vehicle can not wait just at the boat. we have designated parking spaces in which case he did park the vehicle and took time to come out when the cruise is over. For tours where transport is provided and in sharing - try to be flexible and have a little patient. We are doing our best so serve every guest we have . Regards
It was a new experience for us and it was marvelous. The place is beautiful with all the illuminated lights around. Perfect dinner with great food and entertainment. Great music was played while relaxing after the meal. 5 star Service! Two thumbs up for my recommendation!
