As for this trip… Tripadvisor does not tell you the exact address of the meeting place. Quite a few email exchanges with the tour operator without them necessarily answering your questions. I think it is better to contact your hotel directly for the organization. What to go through Tripadvisor. Please note if you leave from Rethymnon, it takes 3 hours by bus.

The trip was great, bus arrived on time and pick up location was only 5 min walk from our hotel.
Beach is lovely and worth visiting. We would prefer to have a bit more time instead of having 40min break at the tavern on the way back

Very disappointed!
I am very disappointed! In your ad there was an option to choose a pick up location. This turned out to be a lie, as was the time of departure. I could not use my voucher. I want my money back!
