モンタルチーノでの試飲付きワイナリーツアー

Dear Guest Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are very sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations Regarding the tour starting time, we do have a tight schedule, especially during high season, to respect all our guests. We apologize if you felt rushed and you could not fully enjoy the first part, but arriving on time is essential for every reservation, whether for a flight, a train, or a tour in a winery.Other guest were punctually arrived at that day and in respect of them, we should start in time About the language, we always do our best to accommodate everyone, but in September we host many groups at the same time, and it can get very busy. We apologize if the explanation was not clear enough. We also apologize for the condition of the bathrooms at that moment. Due to the very high occupancy of that period, our team is constantly working, but we understand we should have been more attentive, and we are working on improving this

Thank you for visiting us and for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad to hear you enjoyed the beautiful setting! However, we are very sorry to hear about the delay in service. We do advise guests to book their tasting in advance as our tasting room can become quite full, as you experienced. While we strive to serve everyone promptly, when the room is busy with many walk-in guests, there can unfortunately be longer wait times. We will certainly review our service process to minimize these delays, especially during peak times. Regarding the quantity of wine served: our tasting is designed to be a comprehensive wine tasting experience, not a simple aperitif. We served a total of 7 labels (6 plus 1 extra) to give you a broad and authentic experience of our portfolio. The quantity provided for each sample is the standard amount for a professional tasting. Since we offer so many different wines, we must ensure that our guests are able to drive safely after their visit, which is our utmost priority. We hope you will consider giving us another chance in the future, and we encourage you to book ahead next time to ensure the best possible service and experience. Tasting Room Team

We're also glad you appreciated the tasting and the option to pair our wines with those from Loacker family's other estate in Maremma. We hope to welcome you back again soon! Tasting Room Team
