The pickup location is set by the Airport Authority, and our driver arrived 30 minutes after your flight as per standard procedure to allow for customs and baggage. We didn’t intend to place blame — only to note the extended wait time. Thanks for the feedback, we had organised a mobility transfer, but the company we normally use for van transfers had not cancelled the booking, it should have been a van and not a sedan, our mobility van driver was at the airport when the flight landed, not sure why you missed his sign, the drivers at the airport don't tend to talk to each other and if they had, two would have realised they had the same name, so there was no software hijacking, we did everything as requested, you also cancelled the second transfer within 24 hours
