Our tour guide, Natasha did not speak English very well, we would have looked past that until I found out that she gains some kind of commission with a local cafe a few minutes from the Pantheon. When we, a part of 12 with a mother of 86 in a wheelchair arrived at that cafe, at her behest, the waiter tells us, after paying nearly $90 for 12 coffees that the coffee is hardly “the best” and that she gets a commission for sending clients there. We were infuriated. The coffee was also bad. She just sat us there and said goodbye. I’ve done several tours through you all with my family, this is our last night in Rome and I’m very disappointed.

We both really enjoyed our Pantheon tour! Our guide was excellent—very knowledgeable and did a great job bringing the history of this incredible building to life. It was a great experience and we would definitely recommend this tour.

Greatly disappointing
Not worth the money. Paid over $80 euros and the tour was short and hard to hear and understand. Seemed to last less than 20 mins. The only saving grace was we didn't have to wait on line. Do this one on your own.

Pantheon - cut short
Pantheon was spectacular! Our guide was passionate and knowledgeable. Art after 35 minutes hour one hour and 10 minute experience that we were promised and expecting ended prematurely.
