Fantastic show
Absolutely fantastic show and entertainment. Apart from the bus having no air con. No complaints from us. The drinks flowed, the food was yummy and the medieval show was amazing. Well done for putting on a fantastic show.

You have to see it.
We had a very fun evening. The food could be better and the drinks should be cold, and the only soda is orange; they could offer Coke and lemon. The complex is good; we saw it 30 years ago and it has improved a lot. I recommend it; the memory that remains is very good.

Good show, unfortunately much too loud for horses.
Super chivalrous performers with a lot of passion. The show is sensational, fast-paced, and offers a lot of variety. The horses are dreamlike with indescribable temperament. Unfortunately, it is much too loud in the arena, the music is booming, and as an animal lover, I cannot support this way of handling the horses. Too much stress for the animals! The food was super delicious and there were enough parking spaces.

They undergo a gradual acclimatization process and specific training using positive reinforcement to get used to the show environment without experiencing stress. Furthermore, we have veterinarians constantly monitoring their behavior. Nevertheless, we are taking your feedback regarding the sound very seriously and will review the levels in the arena to ensure a comfortable experience for both the audience and our beloved animals. Great experience- kids loved it.
Brilliant show. Pick up was on time with a lovely guide who explained everything very well. The queue when getting off the bus was hectic and lengthy but passed by quickly enough as you went through the castle. We attended with 2 children aged 6 & 8 and they both loved it. The show was interactive and very entertaining and well thought out. There was bottles of water, fizzy orange and red and white wine on the table. You could buy a bucket of beer that had 5 bottles in for £10 euros so very reasonable prices if you wanted something different to drink other than the free drinks included in banquet. The only negative to this trip was the food. It was cold and potatoes undercooked. You got a bread roll and pea and potato soup to start with. It was nice enough but bland. But was hot. Then they served children chicken nuggets and chips. The adults got a chicken leg and some sliced potatoes that were luke warm and not cooked enough. They served it with some slices of tomatoes. Desert was vienetta ice cream. Would I do it again- yes definitely but don't expect much from the food. Its all about the amazing atmosphere and show.

Tourist trap
Too much waiting time between the entrance and the start of the show. Chaos when it comes time to move to the pavilion where the performance takes place without a PA system to indicate anything; you just go with the flow. The actors were incredible. Food: a puree (in my case very scarce), a chicken leg with potatoes, and a slice of Contessa...

Ok, if you love horses go
The show itself was great - food / drinks were ok …. But the queue to get in was ridiculous and it was so hot waiting around, they make you have a picture which should be optional but obviously a money maker , I had my mum who struggles with standing and heat so it spoilt it for us - the transfer from Adeje was 2 hours!!! Ridiculous as it’s 25 mins from resort Book it direct and make your own way it’s worth a visit but just ok and be prepared to wait around

It is distressing to hear that she had to endure waiting in the heat; we would like to clarify that we have priority access protocols in place for individuals with reduced mobility or difficulty standing for long periods. Regarding the photo service, that is run by a private company, not us. Finally, we deeply regret the delay with the transport from Adeje; as it is a shared service, the pickup route can sometimes take longer due to traffic or delays involving other passengers, but we will review our logistics to optimize timing. We appreciate your recommendation to visit us independently and hope you will give us another chance to provide your mother with the comfort she deserves.

Best night of our holiday
This is a lovely night out the highlight of our holiday the exterior is a large castle and on the interior you meet the king and queen then you are brought in to the arena to teams yellow and black and there was not only a tornament but a naritive to. You are served soup for starters, chicken for main and ice cream for dessert! The actors are great and make you feel like you really are in medieval times. If you are in tenerife and looking for some thing to do, this is your answer
