Casey was GREAT! So knowledgeable.

We started the tour in Downtown Seattle and selected the official "Show me Seattle " tour company to pick us up at the recognised tour start. Our driver Matthew Posner gave us an informative drive, including an extensive Boing company history and current development plans. We had a great commentary to help make the journey very interesting. The facility tour was extremely informative and the visitor centre was excellent, and gave both a historic and future development view of the Boeing company and it's extensive aircraft production. We hadn't appreciated just how LARGE the facility is and we're wowed by it's size and extensive activities. We would thoroughly recommend this trip to anyone visiting Seattle.

The guide was knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the guide also needs a professional driver, which is typical in Europe: one guide and one driver. Our guide acted as a one man show who drove 65 mph down the freeway, with one hand on the wheel, while the other one was animating the stories — while it was raining. You can take a roundtrip Uber, pay $42 at the window, and get an excellent Boeing tour. Beware: we were also not told when booking that we would be turning over phones (it’s the camera), and exceptionally small clutch purses (in case you have a miniature spy camera) to a coded locker during the actual factory tour. Boeing takes the threat of corporate espionage as serious as it gets. With the right prep and the addition of a professional driver, this could be a very good future tour. It does get three stars because we arrived to the plant safely and the guide was genuinely knowledgeable.

Our tour guide, Lucky, was very approachable, friendly, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. The bus trip was fun. The tour was very interesting, and it was great seeing the factory floor and the assembly line for these fantastic aircraft. There was no hanging around. The only improvement may be to have a couple of pick-up points, rather than just the one that was a taxi ride away for us.

Our Guide, James, made the whole experience really interesting with his depth of knowledge on everything Boeing. He included an extra journey around the perimeter of the airfield, prior to the actual tour with many photo stops. The actual factory tour was well organized by the Boeing staff with a detailed talk on the manufacturing process of the new 777x aircraft

Casey was terrific. Provided the history on the way to Boeing and sang Sinatra on the way back! Also included Seattle history and dropped us at the Space Needle at the end. Great day!

Earl is fantastic!! His knowledge of Boeing is indisputable. We throughly enjoyed learning how the whole process works to make a jet airliner. Fascinating. Flying the jet fighter on the simulator was awesome! The museum is also set up well, although a couple of the exhibits were closed. Great tour, highly recommend.

We really enjoyed the Boeing Factory Tour with guided transportation from Seattle. Casey was our driver and guide, and he was very knowledgeable and informative throughout the trip. He told us he was a narrator, and he certainly lived up to it—he kept us entertained with interesting facts and stories all the way. The transportation was comfortable and well organised, and the Boeing factory tour was fascinating. Casey made the journey even more enjoyable with his excellent commentary. A great experience and highly recommended.

We had an enjoyable tour with our guide James, his enthusiasm and love for aviation really shone through. We thoroughly enjoyed our time with him and the information he provided about Boeing and also Seattle in general. We also appreciated being dropped over at Pike Market Place at the end of our tour.
