A must-go private tour with Alice to Lijiang and Lugu
It was a fabulous experience on the whole. The 4hr+ drive from Lijiang to Lugu town was filled with amazing sights of majestic mountains and green rivers running among them and the entire scene set before a bright blue sky. In the trip, we witnessed the serene beauty of the Lugu Lake, and the various life forms in and around the huge lake, in particular, the life of the people of the minority tribe, the matriachal community. The trip had been a meaningful and enjoyable one, and more so because of Alice. Although the weather then in late February early March was chilly. But we were warmed by the hospitality of our guide, Alice, from Lijiang.
