Don’t waste your money with the cafe treat. They gave us 1 drink as a “treat” and that was a canned fizzy drink. The cafe is at the entrance level and there isn’t even a sit down area. What a waste of money
Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We regret that the café experience did not meet your personal expectations. Kindly note that the location and nature of the café—situated on the mezzanine (M) level and designed as a quick refreshment point—are clearly stated at the time of booking. The complimentary drink included with select packages is a light gesture, and full details are outlined in the booking information to ensure clarity for all guests. We value all feedback, as it helps us ensure transparency and maintain the quality of our guest experience. Thank you once again for your visit. Warm regards, Travel Saga Tourism
