We chose this agency because it has a small office in the lobby of our hotel, Oaks Ibn Battuta, Mr. Jithin who operates it is very friendly, competent and welcoming. He organized a 4x4 safari for us in the sand dunes, between Dubal and Oman and an Emirati evening with a giant buffet and folk dances. He also organized our visit to the Burg Khalifa, which avoided queuing. Everything was fine, no problems. If we do excursions to the UAE again we will choose this agency again.
