What a fantastic experience and great value for money, you could spend hours looking and reading about the history of country music from its grass roots to modern day, the amount of exhibits is astonishing! We spent over 2 hours browsing the halls and hearing great music while watching, reading and experiencing great musical talent!
If you are NOT familiar with country music or singers, other than the really big names, such as Dolly and Elvis, this is NOT that interesting, other than the fact that you can say you’ve been. I did not spend too much time at the exhibits. The Dolly exhibition had lines for miles, as it was Dolly Day that day prior, 9/25, so I missed seeing that. I think that would have been of interest to me.
You can certainly spend all day reading and admiring all the exhibits. The range of performers is large and varied. So much history that I was not aware of. It is quite interesting to see the growth of country music and the different styles. The photos and music brought back childhood memories. I didn't wait in the very long line for the Dolly exhibit. I was told it was wonderful. If you have a love of country or bluegrass music this is a must stop.
Amazing collection providing historical context and lots of interesting facts and a wide range of items.
Enjoyable and can move at own pace. Always something new to see. Third time visit in 44 years.

For us it was interesting but in some moment it became all the same - guitars , outfits and music on the screens , for example they can add 3d glasses to be part of something
There's a lot of information and the exhibits are very well done. Start early to beat some crowds. Great music history.
We visited late morning - mid week, and stood on a long line to buy tickets. Then stood on another longer line to gain access to the facility. We took an elevator to the third floor to find an even longer line to visit the Dolly Parton exhibit (45 minutes and well worth it). This is a large facility, all the exhibits are well displayed, and the accompanying information is easy to read. There are a number of stations to watch videos, and more where you can listen to various artists. If you intend to see everything, get there when they open, and buy your tickets on line beforehand.
