I had a nightmare experience with my first agency, Libertrek Peru Travel. Its agent tried to trick me into paying extra for something I never wanted on my Machu Picchu booking. When I refused, they turned around and canceled my supposedly 'non-cancellation' booking, issuing a refund. To make matters worse, this happened four months after I booked and less than a month before my trip! Panicked, I rebooked with Haha Trips, wondering if they could secure admission and transport on such short notice for such a popular destination. To my absolute delight, they pulled it off seamlessly. Everything ran smoothly, and I successfully got to experience Machu Picchu with wonderful memories to take home. I highly recommend Haha Trips!

Wilson is a very nice person, he was always on the lookout, they were in charge of organizing everything for our tour, we did not have to worry about anything that was not described in our contracted travel itinerary with the agency, highly recommended 👍👍👍👍💚

Wilson is a great person! My friend had to recover from being sick and Wilson helped us with his flexibility and new ideas for visiting MachuPicchu. We went to MachuPicchu in two days and enjoyed the great organization. From hotel to transport and the guides were really great! I would definitely recommend this travel agency.
