Dear Mike,
Thank you so much for your wonderful review! It was a real pleasure meeting you and having such a great conversation during the drive. I'm glad you appreciated the communication and punctuality.
I hope you enjoyed your final day exploring Amsterdam before heading back home to Miami. Now it's time to get back to that healthy eating we talked about after all the delicious vacation food! 😄
Safe travels, and I hope to welcome you back to the Netherlands again in the future.
Warm regards,
Faruk 🚐✨

Wonderful driver!
Farouk was an excellent driver and tour guide. We opted for a stop in Delft and a riding tour of Amsterdam. The only thing I would have done differently is to spend more time in Delft. It is a charming city! There was a street market and I would have I wish we had spent more time there.

Thank you so much for your kind words! I’m really glad you enjoyed Delft and the riding tour of Amsterdam. I also hope you liked the stroopwafels at the market—they’re always a highlight 😊! I didn’t put any time pressure on the visit, but I completely understand that Delft is such a charming and interesting place where you could easily spend more time. Next time you’re here, we can plan to enjoy Delft more thoroughly, and if you’d like, we can also include a stop at Keukenhof next time to make the experience even richer.
Best regards,
Faruk

Great communication with...
Great communication with Viator prior to pick up day and on pick up day. This was reassuring since reservations were made months in advance. Pick up time was changed with ease. Driver made contact with us morning of pickup and arrived on time at port to drive us to the airport without delays.

Great service, comfortable ride.
The driver Faroque was knowledgeable, friendly, professional and prompt. He spoke several languages one of which was english. He was easily understood. He took us to the highlights of the area and was a good historian. Gladly use the service again. The vehicle was comfortable, clean, well maintained.

Cruise transfer
Our driver was there a little earlier than we were scheduled, which was great! So nice, professional, and shared so much information about the country as we drive from Rotterdam to Amsterdam. Will use this service again when we return!
