We are sorry to hear that you had this experience. However, we would like to clarify the situation. Our driver was at the pickup location and waited for more than 120 minutes after your flight landed. During this time, he also checked inside the terminal to locate you. Unfortunately, by the time you contacted us, approximately two hours after landing, you had already arranged another taxi. Because you had already taken alternative transportation, we were not given the opportunity to complete the transfer or assist you. We understand that you needed to make other arrangements, but we were unfortunately not contacted while our driver was waiting with a name sign. We have records confirming the driver’s presence and the waiting time. We therefore believe this review does not fully reflect the circumstances of what happened.
