Had a great time on this sail boat adventure. The boat was clean, the meal they made was great, loved the quiet Bay Area to swim and snorkel in. They timed the sunset perfectly on our return. Got us to our cruise ship tender port on time.
Very disappointing experience. I travel 6-7 times a year all over the world and never had this happen before…Our Mykonos excursion never happened. We received no communication from the company, and I could not reach them by phone or WhatsApp. I had to contact Viator, who told me the captain claimed he had sent a cancellation/reschedule message—but I never received it, and Viator had no record of the cancellation either. I only found out about the cancellation after Viator reached out to the captain after our scheduled pickup time when I couldn’t reach him and no one showed up, leaving us with no opportunity to reschedule. This was the one excursion my husband specifically wanted for our 20th anniversary. Poor communication, poor follow-through, and terrible customer service. I would not recommend this company.

We would like to clarify what happened. The weather conditions had been forecast, but there was still a possibility that the excursion could operate. For this reason, we did not cancel the previous day. Our captain continued monitoring the latest forecasts and actual conditions, hoping that we would be able to provide the experience as planned rather than unnecessarily disrupt our guests’ day. Unfortunately, the conditions proved worse than expected, and the captain ultimately decided that the excursion could not take place. This decision was made with the safety and well-being of everyone on board as the priority. We also acknowledge that our communication was not timely enough. We waited longer than we should have for a final decision, and as a result, we did not manage to inform you before your scheduled pickup. When Viator contacted us, we explained the situation and confirmed the captain’s decision to cancel. We understand that this did not make up for the inconvenience you had already experienced. Our intention was always to make the excursion possible, but we recognize that the delay in communication caused additional frustration. We sincerely apologize for this and for the disappointment on such a special occasion. Our trip was solid—the water was gorgeous and fun to swim. It is nice that transportation is provided to and from; however, at the end they cannot fit everyone in one car so you’ll have to wait for the shuttle to come back for you. Additionally, the overall trip felt a little too long given that you only visit one swim spot.
Super fun and easy! Great snacks and our Captain and First mate were knowledgeable and so nice! Perfect day!
So much fun! Snorkeling paddle boating, speaker for music, amazing views, great lunch easy breezy experience even had someone come pick us up and drop us off at home. Highly recommend!
We booked this experience during our cruise stop in Mykonos which was from 7:30-4:30. The tour said it was approx 5 hours and we chose the 10:00 option feeling pretty safe about the 1.5 hours of wiggle room we had to get back on the ship… Unfortunately the listing of this excursion is not entirely accurate. It says the drop off point returns to the meeting point which is NOT the case. Instead it drops you off at Platis Gialto Beach, has a dingy transfer you to shore, and then their driver takes you back but this is a 25+ min drive back to the port. We left about 10:10 and arrived at Platis Gialto Beach around 3:45 (already behind schedule). Luckily we did make it back to our boat about 5 minutes before it left, but it definitely ended a beautiful excursion with much added stress. Aside from that, the ship was well maintained, the staff was friendly, the meal was delicious, and the water was of course beautiful! The ride there and back was definitely rocky so I’d caution anyone who gets sea sick or is on a tight time frame, but if neither of those things apply to you it’s a day well spent!
The tour accepted and confirmed our reservation and then canceled it 15 minutes before they were supposed to do the tour. Do not trust this team or operator. This is especially difficult for people that are on cruises that have very specific time restrictions. Extremely frustrating that I sent 5 messages and called twice and got zero communication until they said there were “technical difficulties” after our tour was supposed to begin.
Good day ! The tour was scheduled for 3:30 PM. Unfortunately, the boat experienced an unexpected engine issue, and for safety reasons, we could not operate until the problem was repaired. Once the issue was resolved, we contacted you and offered you the opportunity to join the tour at 5:00 PM. You declined because the new departure time did not fit your schedule. The tour departed normally at 5:00 PM, and all the guests who joined completed the excursion and had a wonderful experience. We understand that unexpected changes can be frustrating. However, immediately assuming that a technical issue was an attempt to deceive you, and publicly accusing our company of being untrustworthy, says more about your willingness to distrust others than about the actual facts of this situation. Technical problems can happen in any maritime operation. We resolved the issue, offered you the available alternative, and successfully operated the tour that same afternoon. You were the only guests who chose not to join. Have a great day

Our sailboat excursion today was absolutely incredible — truly one of the best experiences of our entire trip! I actually booked the wrong date by mistake, and the captain was kind enough to come back for us anyway. That level of kindness and flexibility is something I’ll never forget! From the moment we stepped onboard, everything was seamless, relaxing, and beyond enjoyable. The crew was friendly, attentive, and made us feel completely at ease while keeping everything professional and perfectly timed. The boat itself was beautiful and comfortable, with plenty of space to stretch out, enjoy the views, and soak up the sunshine. Lunch was fresh and delicious — far beyond what we expected for a “boat meal.” Every detail was so thoughtfully planned, from the music and atmosphere to the smooth sailing and swim stops. The only downside was the chilly water — but honestly, it was still better than being in town with five cruise ships docked at the same port! We couldn’t have asked for a better day on the water. If I could give six stars, I absolutely would. ⛵️💙
