Arrived early and waited for 15 minutes and no guide showed up. Attempted to reach out via message (no response) and call (phone disconnected). Waste of time…
We got there 15 minutes early and stayed an additional 15 minutes and no tour guide showed. Tried texting, calling and emailing with no response at all!
RACHEL was an AMAZING tour leader. The stories of the Belmont, the Tremont, Isaac Cline and the original Grand Opera House, the Storm of 1900, all came to life on her tour.
