Come hungry! Carlos guided us expertly through so many different places and types of food, always sharing his knowledge of the food, the people, and some of the history of Oaxaca. Stand out favorites include the tamales with mole negro, street tacos, and corazon de Cacao!

Carlos was the best. A dedicated foodie who walked us through our neighborhood in Oaxaca stopping at a taco stand, a beautiful market for tamales (the best ever), a small restaurant for quesadillas (ditto), another taco stand, and an organic market. A wonderful, and satiating, morning of Oaxaca’s best food. Thanks to Carlos who takes his guests only to places he eats at.
