The day was our second day of excursions in a row with our guide Giustino and driver Tarek. The relationship with them was excellent, and we highly recommend them to everyone. Giustino is very friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to take a photo of us in the most iconic spots so we can take home all our most precious memories. He speaks excellent Italian and, if needed, knows English even better. Tarek is always smiling and extraordinarily helpful, as well as very experienced at navigating Cairo traffic. It will be very useful if you are easily impressionable because the distance between moving vehicles is practically nonexistent. It is essential to have a driver who inspires confidence, and we always felt safe. There is little to say about the places we saw, other than that we are ecstatic about what we experienced. From the alleys of the vibrant market to the splendor of the mosque in the Citadel of Saladin. For an audience accustomed to traveling, I believe the decay of certain areas can take a backseat, but even in this, both Tarek and Giustino were skilled at softening the most uncomfortable situations, such as traffic, sweetened by interesting chats, or the intense heat, managed by taking advantage of every available shade. The Egyptian Museum is something that manages to beat even the highest expectations because, although images are widely available and overexposed, seeing works like the golden mask of Tutankhamun in person is a once-in-a-lifetime experience, and you can feel it. Small final bonuses: a papyrus shop that shows how it is made before offering items for sale, and a nice shop for essences and spices. Highly recommended, the whole tour.

Giustino is a wonderful person. Serious, professional, prepared, and big-hearted, we are very happy to have met him. Besides being a very prepared guide, he speaks Italian well and is also extremely available for every personal need, he really took great care of us, and he went out of his way to ensure we were always at ease and that every situation was to our advantage. We spent two full days together, from morning to evening, we visited everything we were interested in and even more, furthermore he took us to lunch in typical and delicious places Thank you Giustino!! 🥰 Our driver Tarek speaks English very well, he escorted us everywhere for two days without batting an eye, despite having had to wait in the heat for hours and hours. Nice, kind, and easygoing, I strongly wish you to deal with these two exceptional people!!

Cairo is an ancient, modern, romantic but also chaotic and sprawling city. Fascinating, but it takes a super guide like Giustino to be able to savor its smells and flavors (he will always recommend the right restaurant) and really experience it as an Egyptian for a day.
