Driver arrived 15 minutes before scheduled time and was waiting for us with our name on a sign just as described. Driver helped with bags at hotel and airport and got us there quickly and safely. No complaints. Would be happy to use r The service again.

My driver was punctual, competent, and safe. It was stressfree and worry free. The vehicle was immaculate. Thank you.

Overall the trip was good and the driver was courteous. My only problem with with the strong smoke smell in the car. I didn't want to be late for my flight, so we put up with the smell. I am allergic to cigarette smoke and still have some respiratory problems from the ride.

I changed the hotel 3 weeks in advance through Viator with an email confirmation. They did not come to my hotel the day was booked. I called them twice but was unsuccessful because they do not understand neither speak english. The pickup time was to tight to arrived to the airport on time so I had to pay a taxi in rush and worried. I would not recommend this service.

Excellent service from hotel to Pudong. Driver spoke excellent English and was a very good driver and very polite. Highly recommend as a way to get to the airport from your hotel in Shanghai. Price was 1/3 of what the hotel would have charged and a little more than a taxi, but the car was very clean and in good working order. I have taken taxi's before to the airport in Shanghai, which sometimes the taxis are smokey, not very clean and no AC.

This service is the only way to go! Our driver and guide were on time, friendly, and got us to the airport safely. Our party of six had plenty of luggage as this was just one leg of a three week Asia vacation, but the large private coach easily accommodated all of our belongings. Such a time saver!

All went according tp plan, We were met without any issue.

Driver arrived exactly on time. Despite the chaotic Shanghai traffic our driver was cautious and conservative. Easy trip to the airport. Highly recommend.

What a huge improvement from our arrival transportation. The departure 5 days later was wonderful. We were happy with the service. After booking 3 tours, finally one out of three met our expectations.

When I arrived I was directed to a small group of people and the greeter was dealing with an issue for another customer. But within a couple of minutes she took care of the rest of us. While I had booked a shared transfer I ended up getting a private car just for me alone to take me from the airport to my Bangkok hotel.

Very efficient, nice car and very polite. Will definitely use this service again if I travel to Bangkok.
