Great communication, very responsive. Driver was waiting with sign at gate of airport. Quickly packed into van and straight to hotel. Driver didn’t speak great English but didn’t matter he was a great driver and got us their safely without hassle.

<p>Upon arrival we had to wait for awhile for our driver. Which would have been fine had I not been continuously hung up on when trying to call the company about the length of time we would need to wait. Once we did meet up with our driver, he was so excited to see black people that he was sneaking and taking pictures of us which was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional. The driver was then unable to remember where he parked the car. So my family and I had to cram on an elevator and stop on every floor, until he finally decided to have us stand on the side of the parking deck while he ventured off to find the car. He then brought the van to us, which was nice, however he was parked illegally so the parking attendant was fussing the whole time we were loading the car which was very uncomfortable. Being that we had used a different car service before and had such a positive experience, it really stood out how bad this one was. I will continue to use Blacklane when abroad.</p>

<p>Highly recommend and the best way to avoid taxi scams which are plentiful in Chinese airports.</p>

<p>The driver was waiting for me after I had collected my bags in spite of the fact that my flight was 70 minutes delayed. The vehicle was new and very clean, the driver didn't speak English but got me where I needed to go and was very polite.</p>
