Our guide Simona was energetic, friendly and so informative about the history of Milan. She gave us suggestions where to eat, shop and go after the tour and before the tour even started asked us what we wanted to include on the tour. Highly recommend Simona!

The guide didn't seem like he knew what he was doing. He had no plan and really didn't seem like her knew much about Milan. We left the tour early - it was a waste of time.

We’ve had many wonderful tour guides thru Viator. The local Milan tour guide named Lisa was the worst ever!!! She spoke so quietly and robotically we tuned her out. Could not hear or understand 90% of what she said. She was so boring. There was definitely something “off” about her. Do not book a tour with Lisa. A HUGE waste of our time and money.

Reza: The worst guide I’ve ever experienced. More silent walks than stories. We’re coming by interesting places, and if we don’t ask about it, it won’t be mentioned. Answer in 2-3 sentences. He even did not know that square holes in the walls were used for scaffolding. Not worth 1/4 of the money we paid.
