It was a very good experience. Jacqueline was so nice and customer service driven ! She gave her best knowledge and always think of us on how can she make the tour as pleasing and comfortable. We booked this tour over 30 days in advance. On the day of our tour, our guide was a No Show and No Call or message. Although we got a full refund, it wasted 1/2 a day of our vacation and no alternate tour was offered.
