It is a personalized experience but completely depends on the guide. We were shown some interesting things but nothing we were particularly interested in. We were a bit late because he changed the meeting point to an off the wall campo we could not find. We were bored after an hour and cut it short. I don’t recommend unless you’re into history and architecture.

Hello Tina,
We’re sorry the experience didn’t come together in the way you had hoped. A personalized experience should feel genuinely connected to your interests, so we’re disappointed to hear that the places and stories shared weren’t the right fit for you.
We appreciate you giving us the chance to understand what fell short, and we’ll use your feedback to help make future experiences more engaging and better tailored. We hope we’ll have the opportunity to give you a much better experience next time.
Warm regards,
Sheenah and the City Unscripted team.

Venice walking tour with Roberto
Roberto our guide took his time in walking us thru the city and took us to the buildings and corners that only a born and raised for 70 years a native would know. The history thru the centuries of the republic some you dont read on Chat gtp. Would highly recommend Roberto to any one first or second time in Venice

A great introduction to Venice, and to Italy
One of the best decisions we made on this trip was to have a private tour of Venice led by Benedetta. She is very warm and friendly, and clearly she is passionate about Venice. Prior to our trip she was gracious enough to answer several question I had about the area and that helped me plan better. We had a really great time. Thanks Benedetta!

Fantastic walking tour with an extremely knowledgable local guide (Benedetta), seeing some of the more hidden sights.
Benedetta met us at our hotel for a four-hour private walking tour of Venice. As a local (born and bred) Benedetta displayed a great deal of knowledge of the history and culture of Venice. We ambled around going where we wanted and seeing more besides. We’d opted for this tour on Day 1 of our trip, primarily to source inside knowledge of the sights to visit, how to avoid the queues and the best locations to eat/drink and take a ‘romantic’ Gondola ride. That evening we ate at a fantastic seafood restaurant (Al Colombo) in the quiet back-streets close to Rialto Bridge. The following day, we took Benedetta’s advice and headed to the quieter Jewish Quarter (Cannaregio) after a lovely Gondola ride in San Toma area. This tour was an excellent way to see the city at an easy pace and gain an insider’s knowledge of the city and its sights. Thoroughly recommended!

Thank you Roberto for a truly unique Venetian experience!
Roberto was great. Very experienced guide who really knew his subject matter, especially the history and culture of the city he had grown up and lived most of his life in. I spent two weeks in Italy and did daily tours and this was by far my best experience. Roberto provided a personal element to the experience that was unique.

Private tour a must
We booked a private tour via City Unscripted.it was worth every penny. Our guide,Benedetta tailored our tour perfectly, based on our answers to the questionnaire the company sent us at the time of booking. Benedetta was on time, friendly and spoke excellent English. She was able to answer all our myriad questions about the city and its history. She was a fount of knowledge and made the experience all the more enjoyable.
We always book private tours in cities we have not visited before as you get a much more intimate view of the place and although it is generally a more expensive option, you get your money’s worth.
事業者からの返答
We completely agree that private tours offer a unique and intimate perspective of a city, and we’re glad you found it worth the investment. We look forward to welcoming you back for more unforgettable experiences in the future!

Wonderful tour! Kickstart your trip to Venice - Venice
Never did a tour like this and didn’t know what to expect but was really happy we booked with Roberto. If I could have I would have traversed Venice with Roberto our whole time here. He was informative but it was clear he loves Venice and wants you to see it through a local Venetian eyes. Thank you for the additional advice on where to go off the beaten path.
