very nice person, but so unorganized .several emails back and forth and on the day of tour still asking what do you want to do,seems like someone else was writing the email for intenenry ,. only visited few places and did not do what was planned. unfortunately did not get our money worth. regards,

I had an amazing experience on this tour! Right after booking, I was promptly contacted to discuss my interests and was matched with my guide, Max, in no time. He quickly sent me a detailed list of places to visit, which covered everything—historical landmarks, modern spots, local food and drink favorites, as well as cute and vintage shopping areas. I was able to explore all of Osaka in just one day and easily navigate the city's complex metro and railway systems with Max’s help. His English was flawless, and he explained the history in a clear and memorable way. He was incredibly helpful in showing me the best spots for amazing shots. He was also super patient while taking multiple pictures for me. I’m really happy with the experience overall. I highly recommend this tour!

Great tour! Got to see some amazing locations in Osaka. Loys in particular provided great history and excitement of knowledge on the tour - both old and new Osaka. It was clear that he enjoyed providing the tour as much as we enjoyed taking it. Can't recommend enough.

We had a great time in Osaka with Loys. He showed us both the traditional side of Osaka as well as the lively city-life. It was a great experience. Loys was very accomodating of our requests and we had great conversation throughout the day, about life in Osaka and the japanese culture. Would highly recommend!
