We had an incredible tour around Hamburg with Tim. The city is beautiful but it was Tim that made the time special. He planned the tour to be about what we wanted to see through questions prior to the day of the tour and because he is a local, he had unique stories and information about so much of the city. His English is perfect so we could easily understand him. It was a great day and if you can get a tour with Tim, it is a must do in Hamburg!

Walking Hamburg tour
We had a great tour with Deniz!!! He was informative and patient with all our questions. There was a lot of walking, including stairs. We walked about 8 miles total, but that was ok with us! I wouldn’t recommend if you have trouble walking or standing for long periods of time.

A very nice place with a lot of soul!
A wonderful house with a very well maintained garden with large swimming pool.
Valérie, the hostess, exudes charm and is always well laid out and very helpful. Breakfast can be arranged individually. The man of Valérie, excellent chef, spoils guests here and there with delicious menus.
We like to go back anytime.

Fabulous Walking Tour.
Fabulous walking tour with Deniz. We covered the old town, office district, warehouse district and port. Very informative journey through Hamburg’s history, culture and architecture. I would highly recommend.

Amazing

Best Tour Ever!
Aline was amazing, a wealth of knowledge and so bubbly! We covered over 10 miles on foot and didn’t notice as we were so engaged. She had taken the time to learn our backgrounds and interests, knew everyone by name. What a delightful time!

Saw the most important landmarks of Hamburg. Guide was informative, personable and spoke very good English.

Seeing central Hamburg
I spent 4 hours on a mostly walking tour (with a few metro rides) with Dave who showed me around central Hamburg. The tour was thorough, the pace was comfortable, and I felt I was able to get a real feel for the city and it’s residents. Dave was knowledgeable, personable, and friendly. I did this tour as a day trip from Berlin which I think worked out well for me.
