Excellent overall Chiao-Chiao our tour guide is was amazing We saw everything on our list and more She was very knowledgeable on the sites we went to. There were particular items for our family we wanted to buy, Chiao-Chiao found all of the items. My wife has a disability, our tour guide was aware of it, adjusting our tour as needed. I would definitely recommend Chiao-Chiao for this tour.

Excellent transfer from Cruise terminal to our hotel. Easy to find my name on a board and then straight into our van on our way to our hotel. Highly recommend this transfer.

Wonderful experience, no waiting and personal service. As soon as we left the customs area with our luggage, we found the wall displaying our name and viator reservation. Met the representative which promptly got us to our waiting minivan. All our luggage fit and entire process was less than five minutes.

This pick up and drop off was great. It was very easy, good communication, everything went smoothly. Nice clean ride and a very helpful driver. Our name was clearly displayed and we were escorted to the pickup location. Highly recommend.

Great experience with Viator! Person was on time and already waiting for our arrival and my name displayed on sign board. Flawless service with English speaking driver who was super friendly and welcoming. Also provided tips and answered questions about Taipei and night markets. Thank You!

The transfer was fine and we successfully made it to our hotel in a clean and comfortable van. Initially limited contact from company and expecting to see our name on a board at the port this was not the case. Eventually a representative from the tour company meeting other guests assisted us and advised that our driver had broken down on the highway and would be about 1 hour. He contacted the company seeking information which was greatly appreciated, so thanks to him (I didn't get his name). Once I contacted the tour operator through TripAdvisor app, we received prompt responses and a replacement driver was sent. So after an initial setback company dealt with situation to our satisfaction.

A little expensive for the equivalent of a taxi.The port attendant was overwhelmed.However, the driver was on time.

Prompt, clean car, helps in loading & unloading our luggages . Unable to communicate in English but seemed to be a decent guy, trustworthy.

Great customer service. The person who met us at the terminal was very helpful and friendly. We arrived at the port early way before the pick up time but she was able to contact the driver for early pick up so we didn't have to wait for a long time. The driver of the van was great. We arrived at the hotel safely. Overall experience was great 👍🏼.
