送迎サービスに含まれるのは、フォルトゥナのダウンタウンにあるホテルと、ミラドール・エル・シレンシオへのルート上にあるホテルのみです。 お迎え時間は、アクティビティ開始時間の30分から45分前までです。 お客様が受け取り時間に関する指示を読んでおらず、準備ができていない場合は、返金はいたしかねます。

We had to arrange pickup away from our hotel and was unsure of the meeting time. That being said, Eric waited for us and provided an excellent tour. We saw so many frogs, 7 different types of snakes, spiders, and a couple of lizards. 🦎
We saw some cool creatures! A lot of different types of frogs, an eyelash viper, a couple of large spiders and some poisonous caterpillars. I thought it would be a little creepy at night but it wasn’t, I had a good time seeing the frogs. We went in September, which is the slow season and ended up having the guide all to ourselves!

Such a fantastic experience! Erick was a super knowledgeable guide and such a nice guy. He clearly knew El Silencio really well so we managed to see loads of frogs and spiders and a couple of snakes (and he helped me get amazing photos)! Highly recommend!

"I'm still amazed by everything we got to see! Erick's knowledge made it feel like having a little fact bubble coming out of the frogs, snakes, and insects lol. He even took the time to take basically professional photos using our cellphones :) The pickup was also perfectly on time; I was told 5:10 and at 5:10 sharp they were at the entrance. The price is excellent considering the pickup, knowledge, and the time spent! I never felt like we were rushing, and we were almost the only ones (5 people in total) there admiring nature."

A beautiful nighttime experience around the Arenal volcano in Fortuna with Éric. He is an exceptional guide; we were able to see frogs, snakes, spiders, sleeping birds, and he gave us informative explanations and answered our questions. A tour to absolutely do with this nature enthusiast. I won't forget his driver friend who accompanied us and helped us with the beautiful photos of this exceptional evening.
