We had such an amazing experience on our jeep tour, and a huge part of that was thanks to our tour guide, Charlie (Tung)! 💓 From the very beginning, everything was so well-organized. He had water bottles prepared for us and even brought raincoats in case the weather changed. Thankfully it didn't rain, but when he noticed we were opening our umbrellas during the jeep ride, he immediately asked the driver to put up the jeep's hood for us. It was such a thoughtful gesture and showed how attentive he was throughout the entire tour. Charlie was also excellent at explaining the history and culture of each place we visited. He made everything interesting and easy to understand. On top of that, he's incredibly funny and made the whole trip so much more enjoyable! SLAY!! One of my favorite things was that he took photos for us and he was actually really good at it! We ended up with so many great pictures and memories from the trip. The lunch arrangement was excellent as well. After the tour, we arrived at the restaurant and were welcomed to a reserved table with all of our food already prepared and ready to enjoy. Everything was seamless and well-planned. Overall, this was an excellent experience from start to finish. Charlie went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and having fun. I would absolutely do this tour again and would love to have Charlie (Tung) as our guide again. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We did tour city tour with Charlie the best time surrounding in Hn he show me three different regions of Hn like the quarter Westlake or banana Island. he very knowledgeable guy all need to be a tour guide. highly recommend if you wanna have a tour in Hn

Awesome tour, great blend of local, cultural, and historical spots. Our tour guide speaks great English and is very kind and accommodating. Our family really enjoyed it despite the hot and humid weather. This tour is a must do when you’re in Hanoi!

Our family of 4 booked a jeep tour with Hanoi Jeep Tours and we were so fortunate to have Duc Tung as our guide for the day. He made the whole experience amazing. Not only did he give us all of the information and history of the various spots, but he was so helpful and friendly, we had loads of fun the whole time. He even carried our 3 year old son round with him for a lot of the tour, which was greatly appreciated by us. We recommend booking with Hanoi Jeep Tours and asking for Duc Tung to guide you, and you'll have a great time.

The tour was really amazing and informative. Kimmy knew alot about all the places we went and we learnt things about Hanoi that we wouldn't have known about. Would recommend if you want to have a look around the city and learn about some history.
