Our guide Sergei was so knowledgeable and fun and gave us a fabulous tour of Ground Zero and the surrounding areas.
Zona Cero is a place of deep emotionality and resilience. The 9/11 Memorial honors the lives lost and demonstrates the city's strength and unity in the face of adversity.
Fantastic tour. Very informative and brilliant guide. A must if you are in NYC. Adam our guide was a fountain of knowledge and his personal contact with 9/11 was special.
The tour guide never showed up, so we rang up and they said it wasn’t on the system? So just had to walk around out selves
The tour guide shared nothing about 9-11. He had no info to share abt the happening gs of that day, who responded, what was inaccessible! I had been on a tour last July with a different group and learned so much! Our guide this time knew nothing of what I shared with him! Very disappointing!
Great tour guide who combined facts with his own experiences of that fateful day... Warm friendly guy who took his time, answered questions despite the weather.
I have done two walking tours in New York and have to say they depend on the guide as to how good they are. Anyone can learn the facts but how they are conveyed can bring a tour to life or kill it. Sergei was very knowledgable but his accent was very heavy and hard for me as a native English speaker to understand. The tour was also 1 hour 5, minutes not 1.5 hours as advertised.
Tour guide had no documentation to prove he was a tour guide Continually checked his watch to ensure he didnt go over the hour guide. Tour guide appeared to be new to the occupation When asked about the museum being closed on a Tuesday he didnt know and had to google it!! Shame because Ground Zero itself is a must visit but save the money and make sure you visit on a day the museum is open
Our guide was so knowledgeable and happy. It was a great experience! Highly recommend if you want to get the history and background of New York.
I did two tours with NYC tour and I highly recommend them. The guides are very knowledgable and fun. They are punctual and explain everything we visit. I had a lot of fun and I have no words to say thank you to the whole team because I had a fantastic experience.
