Absolutely incredible experience — a must-do in Portugal! This was easily one of the highlights of our trip! The whole day was packed with adventure, from kayaking and exploring the incredible caves to snorkelling and jumping into the crystal-clear water. The scenery around Arrábida was absolutely stunning, and there was something exciting to do throughout the day. The lunch was really good too — having a proper meal by the beach with such an amazing view was a fantastic part of the experience. Everything was so well organised, and you could tell a lot of thought had gone into making the day special. A huge shout-out to João, who was brilliant from start to finish. His knowledge was great, but the banter and humour made the day even better. It was obvious that João genuinely loves what he does, and he went above and beyond to make sure everyone was having an amazing time. I honestly think everyone should do this tour! If you’re visiting Lisbon and want something more memorable than just sightseeing, book this experience. Adventure, beautiful scenery, great food and a fantastic guide — we couldn’t have asked for a better day. 5 stars without a doubt!

INCREDIBLE! João and the Beyond Adventures team made the trip seamless (they had a wide array of wetsuit sizes, towel dresses, and lunch prepared according to dietary restrictions). I loved the combination of kayaking, adventuring, and snorkeling - I never thought I’d jump off a cliff into the Atlantic but there I was with João (and the rest of the group) cheering me on! Truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience and worth every cent!

João wasn't just an organizer! He was a very experienced friend hanging out at the sea with us. He took is to sea some caves, showed us fossils, kayaking, snorkeling and cliff jumping. Along with that, we got to try some home made wine! Totally an amazing and worth it experience.

Superb day out . A great mixture of snorkeling ( plenty of fish ) , kayaking and climbing with jumps into the sea . Thomas was amazing - never rushed and made sure we all enjoyed ourselves and were safe . Had great patience with me when I got stuck in the rocks . Snacks and lunch were plentiful and wetsuits were good quality An excellent , but exhausting day . Thanks

My partner and I had a fantastic time on this. It's not something I would normally do, so I was slightly apprehensive before. I pushed myself a bit to do the cliff jumps and was quite proud of managing it. I would definitely advise having a moderate level of fitness and be prepared to have a rest day afterwards. Our guide was fantastic. One note: they won't drop you back off at the pickup point. You can however ask for a lift to the train station and then it's a short train ride back into Lisbon. Overall, I thoroughly recommend this.

Our family had an amazing day with João! Thank you for the incredible energy, enthusiasm, and even all those dad jokes! Arrábida is a beautiful place and I highly recommend seeing it with João, it was a highlight of our time in Portugal.

NOTE: not for boring people This I think was the most fun thing I ever did. I had only booked this a day in advance and was afraid for a moment that it was boring or that it was not worth the price, but that was really by far from it. you arrive and meet the happiest, most energetic, driven guide who will talk you through the whole trip about all the interesting facts there are to know about the place. you would almost think that he is doing this job to go to the sea every day as an excuse, really very cozy and stunning experience. The way out, kayaking, rock jumping, snorkeling, lunch, there really was NOTHING to complain about. Thank you so much!
