We had the most incredible day. We had plenty of time at each stop to take in the beauty of the Palpa lines. Pickup was right on time in a comfortable car for our ride to Palpa and Nazca. The only drawback…we did not visit the Acueductos de Cantollec nor did we see the Orca de Palpa. Both bucket list locations but it was getting later in the day and we had more than an hour to get there, 40 minute visit, and then add another hour plus to our back to Ica.
The day before the overflight they cancelled everything without giving an explanation! The next day they made us go to the airport and after three hours they told us it was bad weather and so they cancelled flights! When we were there we discovered that on the original scheduled day there had been overflights!
