The driver was accommodating and picked me up fro my request ed location. I was very nervous to go as there was very heavy rain which had flooded many of the side streets. I had told the driver I wasn’t sure we should go, but his English was not very good. I think the company should have cancelled. I had even pinged them requesting this, but since I didn’t hear back from them I thought maybe they knew something I didn’t. I headed to the market in a deluge of rain, streets flooded everywhere. Being from Houston Texas I am familiar with these types of events. The market itself was interesting. Some wonderful crafts, etc, but not worth risking safety!
