We were in Vancouver for a cruise and had the pleasure of watching the sea planes operate. We had the opportunity to take the panorama tour and we’re very glad we did. The operation was professionally run and the views were fantastic. That was the first sea plane ride for all nine of us. Thank you!
As an ex employee of the aerospace and defence sector I decided to experience this seaplane flight on a whim! Absolutely loved it. Our pilot was excellent, the weather and views were exceptional so all in a very exciting experience.
Q439DAjohnr, thank you for your review. We're delighted to hear you enjoyed your seaplane experience and that the flight, views, and service helped make it a memorable one. Thank you for choosing Harbour Air, and we hope to welcome you aboard again in the future.
Loved the seaplane experience. We were lucky enough to have a perfectly clear day for our flight, which made it even more special.
paulnP9293QS, thank you for your review! We're so glad to hear you loved the seaplane experience and that the clear weather made the journey even more memorable. We look forward to welcoming you back aboard again someday.
While the experience was awesome, it was well short of a half hour; 20 minutes maximum. It was the last tour of the day and it felt like we were being rushed to get through it from the outset.
Dwight_C, thank you for your feedback. We're glad you enjoyed the experience overall. We understand it may have felt shorter than expected, as flight times include the full experience from boarding through arrival. We're sorry to hear the experience felt rushed. If you'd like us to review your booking, please email customercare@harbourair.com. We hope to welcome you aboard again in the future.
Easy to book through the trip advisor app. No long queues and good directions to the venue. Max of 14 people on the seaplane, which can feel a little cramped if you are over medium height. Great views and the pilot was very friendly and professional. Some of the best views of Vancouver by air. Arriving 45 minutes is a long time to check in prior to flying. I would have thought 20 mins prior to flight time should be sufficient. A great flight, including take off and landings with fantastic views. A really enjoyable experience.
G4621TDandrews, thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us and fellow travelers. We are thrilled to hear you enjoyed the spectacular scenery. It truly is a unique experience to view Vancouver from above! We are proud of our teams and always pleased to hear such wonderful feedback about our pilots. We really appreciate the review and looking forward to welcoming for your next flight!
Great short trip to see the Vancouver area. Would highly recommend for any first time travelers or if you’ve never flown around the area, amazing views.

Saw these sea planes regularly operating in the harbour so booked a flight, 11 or 12 on a plane, you dont necessarily get a window seat - but a good experience overall.
Rob, thank you for your review! We're delighted to hear you enjoyed the experience after spotting our seaplanes in the harbour. While window seats cannot be guaranteed, our aircraft are designed with large-paned windows to provide views from every seat. We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback and hope to welcome you aboard again soon.
A really worthwhile way to see Vancouver and surrounding area by seaplane. Something different to most city visits and a new perspective to enjoy. I’m pretty sure booking direct rather than get your guide would have been a bit cheaper … you live and learn. Harbour air pilot and reception staff really warm and welcoming.
djwalms, thank you for your review! We're delighted to hear you enjoyed seeing Vancouver from a new perspective and found the experience worthwhile.
