Dear Shirley, We respectfully disagree with this review. I personally handled this transfer. I arrived at the airport according to the flight information provided in your booking and waited for more than two hours. You later informed us that you had arrived on a different flight from the one submitted with your reservation. The claim that the driver arrived “3 hours early” is incorrect. The service was scheduled based on the flight details entered by the traveler, and all communication records, flight details, and waiting times are documented and available for review.
