Europcar rental car was old, damaged and not sure if it was going to make it. Very rude person at the counter trying to bully me into paying 3rd party liability insurance and had to prove it was already covered. Charging crazy credit card hold because did not take roadside assistance (Approx USD $13K) thinking my card could not take it. Upon return trying to charge me for damages that were already there but I had a good video from the pickup. Took time as they were trying to find a way to screw me but it did not work.
300 € requested in addition to arrival supposedly to unlock my credit card for the payment of the guarantee but would be refunded within a week. Never got a refund. Answer from argus: not our problem
For a 100 refund must cancel 24 hours before your day trip thanks.
Communicated the day before pick up confirming time and place of pick up. On time pick up and very friendly

We left our phone in the car after being dropped off and our driver turned around to return it to us.

Driver pick us up in time but all downhill from there. It was hot during the whole drive to the airport, air conditioning is probably not working but he didn’t bother to us if we’re comfortable. Back seat was dusty and I got a couple of bug bites during the hour drive.
So what is the purpose of requesting an english spoken driver if your brain is not able to ask AC for your and your lady ?!?! Oh you forgot telling you left your cell phone in the back seat and before you notice driver cameback and gave it to you, and also I just dont get it if service was so terrible then why did you guys gave 50 usd tip to driver, pick up was at 7 am so maybe for driver it wasnt neccesary having AC at maximum next time you should talk thats why you ask english spoken driver, as simple as that You guys were seated in the garden of this resort so the bug probably came from there.
Nice smooth ride and our driver was very friendly. Price was very reasonable and I would highly recommend

Our driver was almost an hour late. We had to call viator and him multiple times. He told us we would be there in 10 minutes he showed up 50 minutes later.We almost missed our flight. Thankfully some nice people at the airport let us skip the line so we made it just in time.
We are very sorry about this, first time that we have an issue like this, we will work so never happen again.
Easy, reliable, and safe. After a fiasco transportation from our resort, we used this company for half of the price and a completely different experience. They saved the day

After we the agent confirmed that the car transportation is available and I was charged the amount listed and the time of pick up.in couple of hours I got a message that they do t pick up from our hotel and that the whole time I spent trying to secure a car to the airport was wasted.even though I asked the agent if he is sure about everything and he said our hotel is on the list for pick up.
You are right we are very sorry we just improve the list of the hotels where we do pick ups and air b and bs thank you very much, the other 5 star reviews are not fake nor something. God bless you.
