ガイド付きマングローブトンネルカヤックツアー（リドキー）

After jogging around Lido for a spell because of GPS guidance we finally found the pick up spot for our kayak tour. We hired a guide, Skyler, who was fantastic. He's an adventurer (base jumper!) and a recent arrival to Sarasota but knew the waters, animals and terrain very well. Evidently, he and his wife own the company. We got two paddleboards for my daughter and her husband and a kayak each for me and and my wife. Skyler guided us through the 2 hour trip pointing out black tree crabs, fish and birds along the way. Unfortunately, no manatees that day but they're often seen. I haven't been on a kayak for years but it's easy to get used to. My wife struggled a little bumping into roots and trees but she managed. You navigate through a series of mangrove tunnels and some open water bays. The wind on the bays made paddling a little challenging but everyone kept up. We learned a lot about flying fish, mangroves and cormorants that day. My wife and I have lived in Sarasota for 11 years and I don't know why it took us this long to experience this local gem.

This was so enjoyable. We literally had a private tour (being only couple) and our guide was personable Informative and patient (we can’t paddle worth a damn lol) but I’d def do again. Not to mention seeing the mama manatee and her baby so up close

As a local to the area, we are always looking for fun adventures and supporting small businesses. It’s even sweeter when it’s veteran owned! On Memorial Day we chose Coastal Kayak Adventures for a kayaking adventure off Lifo with lots of great views, wildlife, and service. Tyler was very professional and went above and beyond to make our experience excellent! Great service, equipment, and fun! The area was perfect, we saw lots of natural wildlife, and had the best morning on the water! Thank you, Tyler! I will be recommending you to several people!

Another incredible Lido Key mangrove tunnel kayak tour with Tyler at Coastal Kayak. Tyler was very knowledgeable in ecology of the waterways and tunnels as well the bird population providing information as we paddled. A stop over at a small beach allowed us to take in the spectacular island scenery .

We took a two hour tour with our amazing guide Tyler. The kayaks were new and easy to use. He led us out to a cool sand bar and then we went through several mangrove tunnels. Tyler was very knowledgeable about the local wildlife and plants and gave us great information. It was a blast and our teenage son really enjoyed it too.

Excellent kayak tour. Money very well spent. Our group was myself, my two teenage boys and my 75-yr old mom. We did the guided tour with Tyler. My mom was a novice paddler and nervous about hurting her back or shoulders; Tyler taught her how to hold the paddle to minimize back pain and maximize comfort, and she had a great time, no pain at all. She rode a double kayak with my 14-yr old at the back seat and they did great together. My other son and I rode singles. Paddling was easy, no strenuous effort required. Tyler was a great ecologist and teacher and taught us a lot about the birds, the mangrove trees, and other wildlife, and gave some interesting history lessons too. The highlights were getting to see two dolphins swimming around us in the bay, and going through the mangrove tunnels which were awesome. The teenage boys were ambivalent about taking the tour ahead of time, but afterwards they both said it was a really cool thing to do and a highlight of our trip. It can be hard to impress teenage boys but this trip succeeded. Thank you Tyler!
