Driver was on time, friendly and helped us with our bags. He went over and above to make sure we were comfortable.

Clear instructions for meeting point. Driver was friendly and helpful. Mercedes Car not particularly new. Price a little high for the trip, especially as the car was not particularly new.

You will not be met at arrivals hall. Be sure to exit to arrivals and cross street. Text with driver to meet.

The driver was friendly, on time, and the van was perfect for the 6 of us and our luggage. This is an efficient way to get to and from hotels and airports.

Our flight landed an hour early and they picked us up without any issues. I did not wish to take a tram at 5am to hptel.

It is not what travelers need to know it is the company that pucks us up needs to be aware that going thru passport control takes time. You cannot jump off the plane and be ready for the driver in 60 minutes with the multiple delays and what appears to be staffing shortages by government officials tasked with looking at passports. With current conditions the company 60 minute wait time from arrival time is unrealistic.

Great experience! Texted the number (contact) after we got our luggage. Driver was only a minute away. Did text me a picture of his car so we could identify him. Nice drive into Amsterdam. Would book again.

We had a little hiccup but staff was awesome to resolve. Driver was great and friendly. Would use again.

Getting through passport control took over an hour and our driver kept in touch with me and waited for us to get through patiently. That was awesome!!
