- 重量と安全上の制限により、ハンドバッグやバックパックは熱気球に持ち込めない場合があります。 大きな袋は持参しないでください。
- カメラが故障しない限り、デジタル写真はフライトごとに提供されます。 カメラが故障した場合、補償や返金はいたしません。
- 季節変更により、時期が調整される場合があります。また、具体的なスケジュールは、お送りした予約確認書によるものとします。
- 長ズボンを着用し、靴で閉じることをお勧めします。ヒール、スリッパ、スカートは着用しないでください。
- 日が昇るとかなり涼しくなるので上着をお持ちになり、白い服は避けてください。
- 飛行時期が4月から10月（冬季）の場合は防寒着が必要です。それ以外の月は熱気球の燃焼により暖かい気流が発生しますので、防寒着は不要です。
- ジェットボートに乗ってから、各自で宿までお帰りください。
- 帽子やサングラスを持ち歩き、写真撮影にはフル充電のカメラを。

Excellent experience. The staff are very cool. The presentation is very attractive with food. I have enjoyed nature with wide area from the ballon. It is around 45 minutes ride.

A hot air balloon ride was on the bucket list for myself and my husband and this experience didn’t disappoint. The views and watching the sunrise was spectacular. The staff throughout were friendly, knowledgeable and fun. Huge thanks to them all. I would highly recommend this to anyone, it was a wonderful experience

What an amazing experience for my first ever hot air ballon ride. It was great and everyone on the tour was very friendly. The staff from pick up at my airport to my departure was very friendly. What a fun early morning and great ending with some mimosas and snacks.

Actually it was my wife who took the trip, an inspired choice as a present from family and friends for her 80th Birthday . From the pick up to return to our accommodation the staff were amazing, the flight over the Atherton Tablelands exhilarating and exciting. The finishing touch of a gift from Hot Air to remember her trip provided the exclamation mark. Certainly a major contender for anyone's bucket list.
