The captain was very rigid and inflexible. We started half an hour late and lost more time due to him after the stop on Capri. He gave no one his contact information and gave no clear instructions for exactly where to wait for pickup on Capri. As a result, the entire group waited near the dock where we could see the boat but he didn’t come to pick us up until 30-40 minutes after the pickup time. He skipped some of the listed stops due to the delays but made no effort to inform the group they would be skipped or to understand what stops the group was most interested in. Would definitely not recommend this service or use it again.

We would like to clarify that, as with any private boat excursion, the timing and itinerary can sometimes be affected by circumstances on the day, particularly around Capri and the port, where boat traffic and docking procedures can cause unexpected delays. Our captain’s priority is always to operate the excursion safely and in accordance with the conditions at sea and in the port.
We are sorry if there was any confusion regarding the meeting point and the pickup arrangements in Capri. We understand how frustrating it must have been to wait, and we regret that the communication during the delay was not as clear as it should have been.
Regarding the itinerary, some stops may need to be adjusted when there are delays in order to ensure the excursion can be completed safely and within the scheduled time. We understand, however, that better communication about these changes would have made a significant difference.
We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us identify where we can improve our service and communication. We hope you will give us another opportunity in the future to provide you with the experience we aim to offer all our guests.

Great day exploring Capri on a gorgeous boat
We had a fantastic day with Francesco, our captain. He organized a fantastic lunch at Da Luigi (to avoid crowds) and was very friendly. The tour company upgraded our boat which was a treat. I would highly recommend this tour operator... high communicative and very friendly.

Amazing trip to Capri

Unreal experience
Unbelievable event and worth every cent. Our captain Kumar was very accommodating and provided us with an awesome experience that was enjoyed by both parents and teens alike.
This is one of the best days in Italy, I highly recommend the private boat tour.

Perfect Boat Day
Fantastic boat tour with two great captains! We had a perfect day seeing the fantastic arches and multiple coves. The time in Capri was perfect, highly recommend doing the hike up from where they land as it’s quicker and stunning views! The blue grotto was a blast and our Prosecco happy hour was perfect! Really the best time and incredibly enjoyable highly recommend!

Day trip to Capri
We had a wonderful day on the water with Captain Kumar, did the full day tour to Capri. Kumar was very professional and always felt safe, great boat and he showed us amazing sights and very knowledgeable of the area. Use Positano boats and request Captain Kumar, you won’t be disappointed.

Highly recommend
We had a wonderful experience on board Gozzo Don Raffaè. Alessandro made the whole trip perfect from start to finish, taking into account any requests and making recommendations, including making us a reservation at a lovely restaurant for lunch. I would highly recommend Positano Boats.
