Travellers beware. They were not at transfer point when we arrived. When they finally showed up they told us to wait so we did for another half hour. Then said thoughthat t3 door your car is outside yes it was but we had to find it. Finally in the car the driver then took us to the wrong hotel. Very poor.

Nice experience
The driver was nice and respectful. He was a bit late but it was a smooth drive from airport to the hotel.

terrible never turned up and when i finally got onto someone the told me the driver forgot he had a job

Met by the company on time and the an that transported us was nice and clean and in a very good condition.
The van was clean and in good condition, we were met at the gate as instructed by the company and dropped off at the hotel as planned. Great service with good communication from the supplier.

Best taxi ride
Booking was process was easy. Communication was great. Our driver Kai arrived early and messaged us on his arrival.The car was very clean and extremely comfortable. One of the best taxi ride I have ever had. Thankyou for your 5 star service.

Very smooth experience
We had a very smooth experience using this pick up from our hotel in Bangkok to be taken to the BKK airport. The driver arrived at our hotel exactly when stated and we had no issues getting to the airport. The provider messaged us the day before our transport with our car and driver information. It was a very easy pre-arranged transportation option
