Late by 30 mins on departure. Had to call for them to send someone to get us. No apology or explanation and driver seemed very distracted. Arrival however was A+, great driver and very personable!

Excellent driver! Highly recommend! He was waiting on us after we cleared customs with our baggage. He had some nice drinks in a cooler for us in a very new mini van. We had great conversation the entire ride from Montego Bay airport to Runaway Bay. He pointed out all the hotels and cool spots along the way. Great way to start a vacation!

Driver was on time and friendly. Pick up was at 6:30 he was there before the time waited patiently and did not rush us while waiting for concierge to bring down the luggage. Definitely would use him again.

He not only picked us up and got us to our resort safely but he stopped to get us some authentic food and beverages from a delicious jerk hut and had lots of cold beverages on hand of us to enjoy.
