I booked this service because I had TripAdvisor rewards to use and I was not disappointed. The car arrived a few minutes earlier than agreed and waited patiently for us. He got us to the airport on time and without any additional worries.
Great experience! My driver patiently waited till I got through passport control at Schiphol. He was polite and helped me with luggage. I’d book them again in a heartbeat!
Driver never showed up. Waited 45 minutes. Avoid this transportation service at all costs. Other companies do better
We arrived after a very long, almost 24 hours flying and followed the instructions on our booking which was that we would be met at the departure hall exit door after being contacted by our driver. I received no contact so tried messaging the number on our booking but no reply. My husband had to go outside to find another taxi driver who advised trying to ring the phone number on our booking. I was able to do this via Whatsapp and then everything went very smoothly from there. So just a heads up for anyone else who may have the same issue we had. The transfer from the airport went really well and exactly what we needed after a long flight and travelling with elderly parents.
Private Transfer from Amsterdam Airport Schiphol to hotel was very easy and convenient
Our driver walked around for five minutes near the pickup point without saying my name. Finally, I approached him myself to ask. He made no attempt to help us move our luggage to the vehicle, He was on the phone all during our drive, but he drove us safely to our hotel.

We booked a taxi transfer for 4 from airport to Doubletree hotel in Amsterdam. Service called us while in Customs & arranged pick up point. Driver was friendly, vehicle new & clean, & transfer was comfortable & efficient as expected.
Made this reservation for pickup at Schipol. There was nobody in the meeting area with any indication of our pickup. I called the phone number I had received on email and got no response.
