It was a fantastic experience. The receptionist lady was spoke fluent English and was professional and was nice. I would recommend getting there 10-15 minutes early so you don’t lose time getting ready and watching the video. Then you walk to the dock- 5 minutes to explain the rules. I would recommend this company.
Great company. Jet skiing was so much fun. Great introduction. Changing room and showers were right there. Super easy.
Otto Is amazing host, great and fun tour. If you get Pinto , he loves to be the leader of the pack. Would definitely do it again!
An incredible day on Lake Arenal with my daughter! Everything was spot on—from booking the tour to the instructions and, above all, the super friendly team. We spent a full hour zipping across the lake on a seriously fast jet ski. I highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for a fun adventure with spectacular views! A huge thank you to the staff for making this happen!
Everything was very fun and a lot of adrenaline
So beautiful, very good. The best tour in the area, and we will definitely return, ajuaaaaaaaa hahahahaha
Communication was key here. The entire experience actually riding the jet skis were perfect we had so much fun. However, we weren’t told we can’t uber from the location until we arrived even though we had been speaking with them for weeks prior leading up to the day. Also, we were stopped 45 minutes into the ride and we were under the impression we had 1 hour. Overall, good experience just minor communication hick ups!
Excellent I liked the experience a dream fulfilled
Superb experience. Thought 2 hours would be too much. But it went by really quickly. The lake is massive, 80 odd Kms around the watersedge. Some fantastic views of the volcano. The staff were super friendly and helpful made the experience even better. Good clear instructions
