The driver was punctual, prompt and respectful. He waited even though our flight was delayed. His car was clean and spacious

This company never showed up to pick us up at the Airport, we phoned and they told us to wait outside Gate 3, waited over 15 minutes outside, never showed up, phoned them again twice and went straight to voicemail. Have emailed for refund and they have not replied.
Would give 0 stars as driver failed to show. Had paid for a meet and greet after a long flight but nobody there to meet me. Had to take another driver and then agreed with the original driver that they could take me back to the airport rather than refund the money.The driver also pleaded with me that they would get the sack if I told the agent. Surprise surprise a no show yet again. Am now trying to get a refund from Viator that is easier said than done. The whole thing feels like a scam. Don’t bother booking a car in advance - just take your chances when you get up the airport.
The car was not at the airport and when we phoned the number on confirmation was told to get a taxi and they would refund??? Still waiting for refund
Excellent service. Driver contacted me to reconfirm everything a day before. Flight was initially delayed for 4 hours, then additional 3 hours - a total of 7 hours delay!!! Driver kept regular contact and waited for my arrival. Driver on time and already waiting for me at the arrivals. Thank you
Our baggage was delayed and our driver needed to pick other customers directly after us but he waited for us patiently. Very polite and welcoming.

Abu was waiting for us at the airport and a quick ride to our hotel. We arranged for him to take us out the next day around the island and the itinerary he put together was amazing. We saw it all and he did not rush us at all. Booked him to take us to our cruise ship and then after we returned back to the airport. An amazing driver
