Our driver to our original destination was on time, accommodating, and did everything he could given the circumstances. The ride was smooth, comfortable, and a great start to our trip. Unfortunately, our return experience was the complete opposite. The night before our scheduled pickup, there was some confusion about the pickup time. I confirmed with the company that our pickup would be at 11:30 a.m. Unbeknownst to us, the driver arrived at 9:30 a.m. while we were at breakfast. No one called, texted, or otherwise attempted to notify us that the driver was waiting. We went downstairs at 11:30 a.m. expecting our scheduled ride, but no one arrived. When I contacted the company, I was told the driver had come at 9:30 a.m. and that we had been marked as a no-show. I have all of the communications and timestamps documenting that 11:30 a.m. was the confirmed pickup time. As a result, I had to arrange last-minute transportation to avoid missing our flight, which was both stressful and an unexpected expense. The company promised to refund half of what I paid, but as of the time of this review, I have not received that refund. While the outbound service was excellent, the poor communication and lack of follow-through on the return trip significantly impacted our experience.

Great driver but wasn’t on the their scheduled list. Took an hour in the heat to find my name. No return car ever showed up no r return ticket. Phone number didn’t work either. Tried to call and it was disconnected. The Driver was awesome though. Extremely helpful and kind.

No one showed. No one answered my text messages, calls, or WhatsApp messages. Waited an hour. No effort to communicate to me, left me hanging, super unprofessional. Avoid at all costs.

⚠️ DO NOT BOOK: LUXURY TRANSFERS PUNTA MITA/GARFLO GRUPO ⚠️ Absolute scam-like behavior. 
We paid $115 for roundtrip airport/hotel transfers. 
Expensive for a trip to a Marina hotel but we wanted to feel secure. The arrival went fine - personable Driver, roomy, clean vehicle.
 No issues whatsoever. Fast forward to a few days prior to our return trip... Despite confirming details, at the time of booking, with a representative named Betsabe Medrano, from Garflo Grupo (I assume this is a call center associated with Luxury Transfers Punta Mita), the Company became unresponsive via the app, emails, and phone as our departure approached when I wanted to reconfirm our return trip as I never received a return transfer ticket. The Company completely ghosted us for the return trip. The Driver never showed up at the hotel for our 8:30AM pickup, forcing us to take a taxi to the airport.
 PLEASE save yourself the stress and avoid this shady operator at all costs! I strongly urge Viator to review their partnership with this supplier to protect future travelers from similar experiences.

So annoying and disappointing😡 to arrive at Purta Vallarta airport no one to pick you up, no one calls and shows up after paying $185 two way airport transfers and calling several times to this company, scammers don’t fall for their trap I hope to get my full refund NEVER USE THEM!!!

What I liked is they communicating with me before I arrived in WhatsApp. They found me because there are many flights arriving at the same time. The driver was a young lady that spoke great English. Very good experience and they will take me back to the airport.

Enterprise transfer from airport to hotel on time, clean and good Service. We arrived and were already waiting for us. For the return they were accurate. I recommend them.

Everything perfect, very punctual, friendly and attentive and good communication, impeccable staff, gave me confidence we would contact them again in the future.
