絵のように美しい中世のアルモハダン要塞の城塞であるカスバ デ ウダイアスは、アクロポリスからの息を呑むような海の景色と、その麓にあるさわやかなアンダルシア庭園のある住宅街として立っています。庭園への入り口はメイン ゲートから離れた小さなドアからなので、非公式のガイドに遭遇することはほとんどありません。庭園の隣には、心地よい海の景色が見える魅力的な屋外カフェがあります。入場は無料で、見学時間は約 40 分です。
ハッサンの塔と王家の霊廟はラバトの主要な観光名所です。八角形のハッサンの塔には展望台があり、18世紀初頭に建てられた王家の霊廟にはモロッコの現国王モハメッド5世の墓があります。王室の衛兵が案内をしてくれます。どちらの観光名所も無料で見学できます。
シェラは豊かな歴史を持つ古代都市で、カルタゴ人によって建設され、後にローマ人に征服され、その後アラブ人の支配下に入りました。放棄され、後に再定住されたこの都市は、現在ではコウノトリをはじめとする多くの鳥の繁殖地となっています。春には、古いミナレットの頂上にあるコウノトリの巣など、活気に満ちた鳥の生活が見られます。シェラの歴史的な層は、ローマとモロッコの顕著な要素を特徴としており、人気の観光地となっています。歴史と周辺を探索する訪問には入場料は含まれていません。
ラバト王宮は広大ですが、観光客は立ち入り禁止なので、楽しく散策するのに適しています。特に観光客には、武装した警備員が入口から入口まで歩くことを許可してくれる場合があります。

Very interesting guided tour of the impressive city of Rabat, starting with the Royal Palace, via the Mausoleum to Kasbah, with conclusion in the Medina. Very nice and always eager guide (Adam) and driver!
