Yesterday, I booked a 24 hour pass on the same day as the Warsaw Marathon. As the start point was occupied by the marathon finish venue, I went to bus stop 2 but no buses came! In the afternoon I was there at one prescribed time, and waited an hour for the next time, but two no shows. So I paid money and never got to do the tour. As 24 hours is the same as a day in their parlance, I cannot go tomorrow morning. A complete waste of money and no ability to get a refund or postpone for tomorrow.

Nothing was directly wrong, but it made no sense. Half an hour stop in the middle of the trip. Long interval between buses - so hopping on and off didn't work. Very expensive. Rent a bolt

Really great tour round the Old and New town of Warsaw. Bus comfortable, commentary available in 7 languages. Worth it to find your way round. Went past all the main city landmarks. Clear pick up points on website and great map to assist you on the tour. Worth using.

One of the worst Hop on Tours we’ve taken. On the plus side the narrative is excellent. But we road up top and the bus NEVER opened the roof. Normally they close the roof when in areas with overhead wires for city buses. But the entire route did not have such wires. So, there’s only 5’ of overhead, you can only look out your side as people’s heads block the view across the isle. Once, the narrative said to look out the left side at some “tower”. We were on the left side and I have an aisle seat, and i sure can’t look up. Finally, I am 6’ tall and the hard plastic seats are too close together for me ever to get comfortable.

The pickup location is wrong online. DO NOT GO TO THE WARSAW CENTRALNA BUS STATION. Nobody in the bus station knows where the tour bus pickup is. Not even the information window. Go to the Palace's mall side for the first 10am and 1030 pickup in the city bus lane. There's only audio tour information that speaks randomly throughout the tour. The driver doesn't talk about the tour stops at all. After we realized how to find our language, the tour was quite scenic and comfortable. We didn't hop off for fear of being left for over an hour as others reviewed...🙃. Overall it was worth the money spent.

The worst Hop on Hop off experience. We booked Red route and bus didn't turn up. Waited 25mins. The ticket seller took us to another stop saying traffic a problem. Waited 35mins at that stop for a Red bus. Didnt turn up. Ticket seller came back and took us back to original spot for bus. Waited another 20 minutes. Then got on to Blue Bus. Half way round Blue bus stops for one hour as it is stop 1. We wanted to avoid this so booked Red. Had option to get a Red bus in only 30 mins at that stop but Red bus didn't turn up. We wasted over 2 hours standing around for a one hour tour. Frustrating, poor attitude, rubbish excuse - traffic was not heavy

When I received my ticket, I did not receive any directions for a starting point or any of the points on the trip. They keep insisting it was on the website. I am looking at the Viator site. I click on the Hop On off tour and it does not show me a route or given an address. There was no address on my ticket. I’ve done this in many cities and never had this problem. I called the operator three times and failed to get an answer. I finally called Viator who called the operator and then I was able to get through. Due to the difficulties with using an eSIM on my phone, I wasn’t able to communicate very well with the operator.

A waste of money, the service seems unsupported, the buses run whenever they want, if you miss a ride you have to wait for hours......from 0 to 10 zero points
