TRAVEL TIP FOR PRAGUE: You really don’t need the Hop-On Hop-Off bus. Prague is very walkable, and Uber is easy and convenient. But if you still want to book one, AVOID CITY SIGHTSEEING. Based on our experience, the schedule was unclear, the buses started late, and they were far too infrequent. We wasted so much time waiting that we eventually gave up and never even got to use the booking we paid for. Go with BIG BUS instead. We saw their buses much more frequently around the city, and they were far more visible and easier to spot. In the end, we just walked and took Uber and that turned out to be much more efficient and enjoyable. Save yourself the waiting time. Prague is too beautiful to spend it standing around for a bus!

I had the worst experience anyone could have. 1. Waited 40mins for the bus. They have very limited buses 2. Bus stop no.1 bule line and theres a girl operators were very rude. 3. We took 48hrs tickets and didnt had a chance to catch yellow bus and red. I would not recommend taking City Sightseeing; instead, take a big bus tour they are much better.

We felt completely scammed. Before buying the combined bus and boat ticket, we asked SEVERAL times if we could get on and off the boat throughout the day, and they assured us that we could without any problem. Lie. As soon as we arrived, they tore off our ticket without hesitation and told us no, that it was not like that. As if that were not enough, then they told us that we could use the bus lines until 6:00 PM... that was not true either. Come on, they kept giving us false information one after another, changing their version as it suited them. And as if that were not enough, the supposed audio guide in Spanish DOES NOT work on most of the lines, only on the blue one. A disaster. We paid a fortune to receive a pathetic service and on top of that they lied to our faces several times. An absolute lack of professionalism and respect for the customer.

Average experience for this company. Blue line, small bus, nice guide. Swapped to red line as advised but bigger older vehicles and audio guide system not good, swapped back to blue line for better experience! Tour also disrupted by parade in city centre but handled well by guide and company!

Bus ride too fast to see sights, guide spoke too fast to understand, commentary hard to match with buildings. Hard to find bus stop when changing line if you don’t get of at the stop you want to get back on at. Bus over an hour late for pick up from Prague Castle and when it arrived it was the last bus so couldn’t get off at any more sights. Sights not that great as not able to see much if you stay on bus. Would not recommend. Try viewing sights by tram instead. A local advised us tram is much better value for money.

Unfortunately, we were disappointed. Pretty expensive for "just riding the bus"; we didn't do the hop-on hop-off. Many buildings, sights, etc., were not explained; on the contrary, incredibly little was reported about this magnificent city. The commentary almost always came only after the bus had already driven past. That doesn't make sense either. There were only 7 stops, 2 things were left out completely, and the trip didn't last 1.5 hours as previously stated. A schedule apparently had to be kept, unfortunately at the expense of the information and the paying guests. Disappointing; more could have been made of it.

Perfect for a short visit to Prague. We bought the 48 hour pass and it was perfect for us. We could visit different places, choose when to get on or off or just enjoy the tour of the city. Having a red line and blue line meant we could choose where to go each time. Excellent value and we paid a tiny bit extra for the river cruise too. Brilliant.

No operation after 4:30 PM! When I bought the ticket just before 3:00 PM, I was assured that both tours would still take place today. The blue tour was okay, the narration didn't always match the route, and the ride was quite bumpy. I then walked a bit and arrived at the main train station at 4:35 PM. The stop there is not well visible. But the competing company assured me that CitySightseeing would also stop here. It did at 5:00 PM with the information that it was the last ride and that there would be no more service today. Neither on the flyer nor on the website are operating hours listed. BigBus continues to operate - so maybe it's better to book the competition!!

Definitely the worst city tour company. We waited 90 minutes at station 2 of the red line and no bus came, while the other company’s bus passed by three times. Very bad experience.

This is a horrible service. They market it as a hop on hop off bus but at the train station (Red Line Stop 1) we waited more than one hour. I called and they just referenced a published timetable. That is too long a period of time for a service like this. Four Big Bus Hop On Hop Off came in the time we waited. Don't take this service!
